Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated AI Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use AI models (like GPT or Claude) to extract useful information from documents.
- Convert plain English content into structured formats (like JSON, tables, or templates).
- Write and refine prompts to get consistent, accurate results from AI tools.
- Build simple tools or scripts to test and review AI outputs.
- Collaborate with other engineers to integrate AI-generated outputs into a working system.
- Keep track of where each output came from in the original document.
Updated Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in AI/ML, with focus on natural language processing or document analysis.
- Hands-on experience using large language models (LLMs) like GPT, Claude or similar.
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with LangChain, spaCy, or Hugging Face.
- Experience with embeddings, chunking, and vectorization techniques for document processing.
- Knowledge of vector databases like FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone, or similar.
- Ability to design and run structured tests to evaluate AI outputs.
Preferred:
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.
- Exposure to compliance, regulatory, or legal documents.
- Familiarity with web APIs, data integration, or LLMOps pipelines.
